The Fatima Prophecy
I originally got this some years ago when it was posted by someone on the Prodigy network. I make no claims to it's authenticity, but it is interesting reading.
The "unreleased" Fatima letter:
"Do not worry, my daughter, I am the Mother of Jesus,
who speaks to you and asks you to proclaim, in my name, to
the whole world the following message:
"A great punishment will come over all humanity, not
today or tomorrow, but in the second half of the twentieth
century. I made it known in "La Saleta" to the children
Melanie and Maximino and I repeat it today, in front of you.
Humanity did not evolve as God wanted and expected.
Sacreligious humanity stepped upon the goods recieved. Order
does not exist anywhere. In the highest positions there
exists that Satan who determines and decides the march of
events. He will know how to introduce himself into the
highest positions of the Church, will be able to create the
confusion of the great scientists who invent the weapons
with which humanity can be destroyed in a few minutes. He
will bring under his control the powerful men of the nations
and will push them to manufacture those weapons in great
quantities. If humanity does not abandon this road, my Son's
arm will fall. If those who are the leaders of the Church
and of the world do not oppose such manuevers, God will let
fall over mankind his justice; then God will punish men
harder and more severely than in the days of the flood. And
the great and powerful will perish in the same way as the
small and the weak. It will come for the Church an epoch of
very hard trials. There will be cardinals against cardinals,
bishops against bishops. Satan will introduce himself among
their ranks. There will be great changes in Rome. What is
rotten will fall, and what is not will be preserved. The
Church will remain in darkness, and the world submerged in
great disorder and disconcert. The Great War will take place
in the second half of the twentieth century. Smoke and fire
will then fall and the waters of the ocean will be
transformed into vapor, throwing their foam into the
heavens. He who remains standing will crumble. Millions and
millions of men will lose their lives from hour to hour, and
those who still exist in those moments will envy those who
die. There shall be infinite sorrow in all places; miseries
in all Earth; desolation in all countries. The time is
getting nearer and the abyss gets more and more deep. There>
is no other way out. The good will die with the bad. Princes
of the Church with their followers, the rulers of the world
with their peoples. Everywhere death will reign, carried in
triumph by the daring men and the agents of Satan, who are
the rulers of the Earth. It will be a time that no king or
cardinal or bishop expects to come, according to God's
design, to punish and avenge. Nevertheless, later, when all
men that survive breathe, God in his magnificence will be
invoked; and again God will be served as before when the
world was not corrupted. I make a call to all those who
imitate my Son, all those authentic Christians and all the >
apostles of the last times. The time of times and the end of
ends is getting closer if humanity does not convert; and if
that conversion does not come from above, from the rulers of
the world and of the Church ... beware everybody, if this
conversion does not come ... if everything is left as it is
... or even worse ... I will be at your side to help you"
